A video taken by Marilu Domingo Ortiz shows ice agents smashing the window of her husband Juan Francisco Mendez while the couple was waiting for their lawyer, Ondine Galvez Sniffin, in New Bidford, Massachusetts. According to Sniffin, Mindez has a legal status in the United States, and it appears that agents are looking for a person with a different name. Mendez is now being held at the Straford County County County in Dover, New Hampshire, which raises great concern from his lawyer.
