The captain of the Cliftonville team, Rori Hill, is keen on the vision of Jormley, has an effect in the cup final and praised the experienced mentality of the striker.
“The man never hides you, I cannot remember the last time I lost a training session or let us down,” he said.
“He doesn't care if he plays 90 minutes or one minute, he wants to have an effect.
“It will be great to win the cup final, but it would be better to see that the man has a great opinion on it.”
Hale was appointed in the match last year after a full offer of work that helped end the 45 -year -old waiting for the Irish Cup success.
He believes that there is “more than more pressure” in the final of this year's Cup compared to last year because of his difficult campaign in the league and they need to qualify for Europe.
“Last year, we had a good campaign in the league, and we ended up qualifying for Europe before the division. This year is very different; we found ourselves in the six disappointing slopes, so for European football this game means a lot.”
With the League Cup already secured, Hale has a dual cup, which he believes will be a major achievement after a difficult campaign on and outside the field.
“A lot has gone this season, we lost a lot of good players and a good friend Michael New Dubai, who is always in our ideas, so to go and double the conditions that this group of players would be amazing, but it is only surprising if we managed to win the cup. We need to win.”
