In Madrid, the residents moved to the streets in a reflective jacket to direct traffic, some of whom are trapped in metro cars and parked elevators.

British travel headache
The British abroad had severely disrupted their holidays due to the power outages, and they could not even enjoy an art to see to calm it into panic.
Melanie Halsal was on the last day of Badil's trip with six friends to Vale de Lobo, southern Portugal, and it is not possible to return to the hotel room.
Unlike the vacationers in Beederrom, she and her colleagues say they have “beer and biscuits” to live during the massacre.
Milani Sun told: “We were on foot when everything suddenly came out,” Milani Sun told.
“We cannot buy anything because card machines do not work – not even water or ice cream. But we have beer and biscuits so we are alive in it.
“Everyone says it is a Russian electronic attack. It's very concerned. We are all mothers and we need to contact our families, but our phones are about to run out and we cannot ship.”
Meanwhile, Mark England warned England of Bendorm that “if you have not had a drink, you're lucky”, with bars and bars unable to provide drinks due to a lack of strength to their pumps.
“There is still any strength. We are walking on the main street now, the majority of stores in the dark and close or have people on the entrances who say you cannot enter,” he told the BBC.
“There are no cash machines, no traffic lights, so they are strange. They are a kind of strange.”

Some British on vacation in Spain and Portugal have come out of their travel plans.
Ashley Brown, 38, from Newcastle, was planning to fly home on Monday afternoon, but her plans were reduced after cutting all cards payments.
“We were looking to return the train to the airport, but there is no way to pay.
“All payments are broken. I can't draw any money. It's an absolute nightmare. I am supposed to see customers in the morning and I cannot call for cancellation.”
She added: “It is things like this that I put in its right quorum for you. I have no way to pay the price of anything, and it is really difficult to get something simple as a bottle of water.

“My journey has come and there is no way to explain it, I can't even contact the house.”
A number of flights left from Barcelona airport yesterday, but the roads surrounding the travel center were full of traffic.
It is believed that the airport works to supply emergency energy. But hundreds of Britons were struggling to get out of the city.
Publican John Stevenson, 53, was on vacation with his wife and two adults after leaving Barcelona on Tuesday last week.
He said: “The first thing I noticed was that I could not get out of the fifth floor of my hotel, I thought it was just to start.
“I went to the supermarket and was the whole place in complete darkness, it was very surreal. It was like a horror movie.
“I managed to pay in cash, but at this stage of a holiday, I have a little I was looking to get rid of it at the airport. If this continues for several days, that will be hell.
“I have a rented car and I will drive the car to the airport later, but I am almost empty of the fuel and I couldn't fill anywhere.
“It only appears to you, everything can be transmitted to be fine, to be in a possible risk, completely outside the blue color.”
What does your journey mean?
We weigh the president of Sun's Travel Lisa Minot.
The massive power outage throughout Spain and Portugal threw transport networks in chaos.
With the closure of Madrid International Airport, flights are delayed and they can be canceled that are likely to be canceled if the energy is reduced for an important period.
Although there is no compensation due to consumers to delay or cancel because chaos is out of the control of any airline, it is on the duty to take care.
If your journey is more than two hours late, the airline must provide you with food and drink – sometimes in the form of vouchers – in addition to reaching phone calls or emails.
If it is late overnight, the residence and transportation must be provided to and from the airport.
With a sudden accident such as this, it may be necessary to pay the basics, but be sure to keep all receipts and keep any reasonable purchases.
If your journey is canceled, the airline must take you to your destination as quickly as possible – and any necessary, even if it means a different flight.
However, practically in the situations in which thousands are affected, you may have to make your own arrangements – again, make sure your expenses are reasonable and will take you to your destination within a reasonable period of time. Keep all receipts.
You also have the right to get a full but remember, if you choose this option, you are alone and the airline does not bear the responsibility of getting the house.
If your travel insurance policy includes covering the travel disorder, it may be possible to demand disruption or inconsistent losses as a result of delaying or canceling your journey.
However, it should be noted that all policies do not cover this as standard levels, and conditions and exceptions can differ between service providers, which makes it important to check with your insurance company as a first call port.
