AN entrepreneur has revealed how he makes thousands in extra cash each month with his simple trailer side hustle.

An entrepreneur and content creator (@trailerhustle) rents his trailer to make extra money and shares the details with his over 32,000 TikTok followers.
He quit his full-time job because his side businesses were so lucrative and now focuses on his side hustles and even teaches others how to get started.
In a viral video from April, the entrepreneur shared how he made over $7,000 from January through March.
“I’m gonna tell you guys how much money I’ve made this year so far with my deckover trailer in the first quarter of 2024,” he began.

He shared that the trailer was rented for 26 days in January.
Two of the rentals were seven days, and he gave both customers one day for free.
The first month of 2024 profited him $3,000.
February saw a slight dip in rentals, with his trailer rented out for 19 days during the month.
“Two of those were seven-day rentals, so even after the discount it made me $2,125,” he shared.
In March, the trailer was rented for 22 days out of the month.
The entrepreneur noted that one of the rentals was seven days and he profited $2,625.
Over the three months, he made $7,750 from his trailer rental side hustle.
“I usually spend or save $100 per month per trailer just for maintenance and replacing straps and things get damaged,” added the content creator.
With the maintenance costs taken into account, he made $7,450 from one of his trailers.
The entrepreneur shared with The U.S. Sun that he rents out seven trailers in total.

Individuals should calculate their adjusted gross income, taxable earnings, and deductions for the year.
Once they have that, they can use the 1040-ES form to calculate estimated taxes.
“Once you take that call, you’ll be able to clean,” said the entrepreneur.
To secure an Airbnb cleaning job, cleaners must bid on the jobs and set their own prices.
If you clean a unit and the owner likes how you completed the job, they can hire you as part of their cleaning staff.
She noted that money is not required to get started because some units already have cleaning products available.
“If you want to go buy cleaning products to also have then it’s very little to nothing to get started and you could be making thousands of dollars every month just by cleaning Airbnbs,” she said.
