“Some sharks bite much more difficult than others. We had a large bull shark on the last day, and perhaps 500 pounds, and they were at stake for a few hours. You didn't want to come to the boat at all,” he says.
“But you have to expect a challenge – these are the large sharks fighting for their lives, and they have deep water alongside them. But we always get to the end.”
One of the most intense confrontations came a few months ago when he spent more than six hours in a large white fight.
The largest fish that it retreated is 2,300 pounds – which are more than a ton.

With large sharks, it is important to know what you are doing.
Even with many years of experience in the cabinet, accidents are still occurring.
Mark said: “We have been subjected to a few guests, usually because they are standing near sharks while trying to get a picture,” Mark said.
Shark fish are usually alive when they join the crew on the plane – so they are still able to get rid of.

“Taco taco sandwiches are really good, or work well in soup.”
It helps in research – although he admits that it may not extend to memorization.
“A few years ago we started cutting the shark open to know what is inside, and noticed a tremendous change. They had no fish in their stomachs these days, because there is not enough in the sea.
“I try to help scientists know how to prevent some of these fish from extinction.”
Mark also sometimes gets licenses to arrest endangered sharks.
“But memorization? This is a big word,” he says.
“Although I was doing it for a long time, I still love it. We still love to watch people hunting sharks and making memories for them,” says Mark.
“I have people who have been still calling me for 40 years and they say they will never forget the journey we made.
“It is great to see people spend a fun time, especially when no one goes out to the outside anymore. People only know how to sit inside and watch TV.
“But we are doing a little different things here. We are trying to make people really unforgettable and have a great time.”
