Modest house sells for $800,000 and overpriced by $600,000 with iconic sport stadium sitting next door

Attractive homes in the small city of Wisconsin sell a huge amount of money.

A $ 200,000 house was sold for $ 200,000 for $ 800,000 thanks to the famous NFL stadium across the street.

Lambeau Field for Green Bay Packers is one of the most unique football stadiums thanks to its position.

Not in the middle of the crowded city center, and it is not hidden from the city.

Instead, Lambeau Field sits in the middle of a residential neighborhood, with some family homes just steps away from the stadium.

It is rare, but sometimes, homes near the stadium struck the real estate market, selling it for hundreds of thousands of value.

According to Zillow, one of these houses was sold in November 2024 for $ 800,000.

Only six years ago, the house was estimated at only $ 200,000.

Historical bricks can be seen outside the Lambeau field from the front door of the house sold.

Not even the most expensive house sold in the area either.

Another house was sold in Green Bay in December 2024 for $ 920,000.

This house is far from the stadium – albeit only an additional or two blocks – but it does not feature the same vision of the aforementioned house.

However, this house has undergone similar prices in prices, reaching $ 225,000 in the last sale in 2019 to $ 920,000 in the sale of 2024.

This is an increase of $ 700,000 in only five years.

There is an idea that many of these houses are washed away to serve as rental homes for travel lovers.

However, Green Bay had previously had a decree that required all residence in the short term in at least six nights.

This came into effect in July 2024, but the legislation may change.

Homes can be rented on Airbnb in Green Bay for shorter terms than the previously mentioned minimum nights.

There was a lot of demand for these homes during the US Football Association project as well.

More than 200,000 fans traveled to Green Bay to see one of the largest sporting events this year.

Hundreds of rental homes were used by these fans instead of the hotel rooms.
