The new memorial – entitled “Forever Bound” – will be transferred to a new site that has not yet been determined, “to provide a more clear and accessible space for thinking and memory.”
The former Liverpool striker and the current club ambassador, Ian Rush, played in the game and witnessed the events, as 600 people were also injured.
“We must never forget the reason for the importance of this, and why we continue to stand together in solidarity, after all these years,” he said.
The Italian side will also reveal a new memorial at Heysel as part of the fortieth anniversary, while Liverpool will show its offer later this summer.
After a five -month trial that followed the disasters, 14 Liverpool fans were convicted of unintegrated death and imprisoned for three years.
The investigation of the Belgian police and authorities recommended some blame.
What happened in Heysel also banned English clubs from the European competition for five years, as Liverpool spent an additional year.
