THE CAUSE of death for the stepdaughter of guitar icon Slash has finally been revealed, on month after she was found dead.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner revealed the cause of death of Lucy-Bleu Knight on Thursday.

Slash confirmed his step-daughter’s passing in a post to Instagram, revealing that she died on July 19, 2024.
She had been found unresponsive in a private residence by law enforcement that had been conducting a welfare check.
Now, medical examiners have revealed that she died from hydrogen sulfide toxicity.
They also detailed that the manner of Knight’s death was “suicide.”
The revelation comes over a month after an examination of Knight’s body was performed on July 22.
A complete report from the medical examiner’s office is expected to be released on September 10.
