The police have determined that the second alleged brute is required for the brutal beating of a policeman outside the New York police in Bronx during the weekend.
New York Police criticized the 22-year-old Wayne Lucas image on Wednesday in an attempt to search for him-a day after his alleged partner was arrested due to the sick attack.
Police officers said Lucas and Tivon Hargov, 23, suspected that the officer was suspended on the ground at KnifePoint, then dusted on his face on St. Peter's Street in Witchester Square early on Saturday.
