Estendens will not be in the usual hole from Monday – Friday next week due to the changes in the BBC schedule, but it is not the only main change that will see soap
If you are planning to sit to get a daily dose of Eastteners next Monday (June 9), you may have to think again. Soap will undergo a timeline shaking next week.
BBC soap is usually broadcast from Monday to Thursday at 7:30 pm. Fans of enthusiasts who cannot wait until evening can see the drama option to reveal from 6 am on BBC iPlayer.
However, the show will be broadcast next week on Tuesday – Friday due to the 2026 World Cup qualifiers between Belgium and Wales, directly from Brussels.
The coverage will start at 7:30 in a row after one show, and it will end at 10 pm in time for BBC news at 10:00. The first trip will be available to Albert Square next week to watch iPlayer from 6 am on Tuesday, June 10.
It is not the only huge change of soap. Next Friday (June 13) will be the last episode of CEO Chris Cleanacho before Ben Wadi took over.
Last October, it was announced that Chris Klinacho had made a decision to step as a executive product in February 2025 as soon as soap celebrated the fortieth anniversary.
