Prime Minister Kiir Starmer chaired a Cobra Emergency meeting on the United Kingdom's response to the Middle East crisis, as Donald Trump warned that “Iran is suffering from many troubles”
Kerr Starmer weighs the UK response to the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran, where Donald Trump has placed the world on the brink of the abyss on whether the United States will start a bombing raid.
The Prime Minister chaired an emergency meeting in Cobra in the Middle East crisis on Wednesday after defeating from the 7 Group Summit in Canada. The UK and the Allies used the assembly to urge both Israel and Iran to retract the brink of the abyss.
But the American president, who left the summit early, was threatening Tehran of strikes, as he informed the American media that he agreed to the attack plans but was waiting to see if Iran agreed to abandon its nuclear program.
He spoke outside the White House on Wednesday, he said: “I may do it. I may not do it. I mean, no one knows what I will do. I can tell you that, that Iran is facing a lot of trouble.”
Israel and Iran exchanged fire for several days after the Israeli air strikes, which Tel Aviv said to prevent the Iranians from developing a nuclear weapon. Tehran insists that the country's nuclear program is peaceful, and claiming that Israel has caused hundreds of civil losses.

Mr. Starmer is studying how the United Kingdom should respond if the United States decides to attack Iran, which would constitute a major escalation in the crisis. Speculation is increasing that the United States can seek to use Diego Garcia, an American military base in the Indian Ocean, as a launching center for strikes on Iran.
American bombers were stationed, the only plane that can carry bombs that penetrate intelligence that could destroy the underground nuclear facilities in Iran, here before.
It is not believed that the United States has made an official request to use the base. An American military source told the Times: “Diego Garcia is under the control of the UK sovereign. We are asking for any activities involved in Diego Garcia.”
Foreign Minister David Lami will meet his American counterpart Marco Rubio in Washington today, which leads to speculation that the use of the base can be discussed. The UK also has a strategic base in Cyprus, RAF AKOTIRI, which can be used in fuel aircraft.
After the Cobra meeting, a spokesperson for the Downing Street said: “The ministers were updated on efforts to support British citizens in the region and protect regional security, as well as continuous diplomatic efforts.”
According to what was stated, Public Prosecutor, Lord Hermer, is concerned about any possible participation in the United Kingdom in the struggle behind the defense of its allies. Energy Minister Miata Vannnbulle refused to comment on legal advice, but he said that the Prime Minister would be a “wonderful and calm head” guided by international law.
When asked about the position of the public prosecutor, Mrs. Vannnnbullah Times Radio told the Prime Minister, and I think this is the place where you will remain and you can understand the reason for not commenting on that.
“But what I will say is that we have a prime minister who is a lawyer and lawyer for human rights, it is clear that he will do everything that is compatible with international law.
“No one wants to escalate. No one wants this to explode into a great conflict in the region that shakes stability significantly for every country involved and for us, globally.
“So the most important role that the Prime Minister can play and play, is to be a wonderful and calm head, to urge all partners on the negotiating table and find a diplomatic road from this.”
