Nottingham Forest: Boss Nuno Espirito Santo signs new three-year deal at the City Ground

Nuno replaced Steve Cooper in December 2023 and kept the forests, the club survived the last day of the 2023-24 season.

They suffered from a four -point discount to violate the rules of profit and sustainability, but they ranked seventeenth.

Forest was a surprise package for the last season, as it challenged the Champions League sites and sat in the first four centers of the majority of the campaign.

They got out of the competition after two wins in their last seven match, but they qualified for the qualifying stage in the European Conference League.

Nuno also transferred them former coach of Tottenham's atom to the semi-finals of the FA Cup for the first time since 1991, when they lost 2-0 to Manchester City.

“Nono has caused a great impact and a very good performance during his time with us so far,” said forest owner Ivanjelus Marinakis.

“He has proven that he increases the player's performance and is an expert in the development of the players, with our young talents included in the first team.
