Cameron, who is stationed at Camp Pendleton in California, hasn’t been in contact with his friends or family since August 25.

He is set to exit the Marine Corps on September 9 after five years in the service.

The Rad Movement, a nonprofit organization that has been helping Cameron’s family search for him, said that the upcoming transition was weighing on him.

“Bailey is a great kid,” Sharie Finn, the founder of the Rad Movement, told The U.S. Sun.

“He was set to end his five-year term as a faithful marine who fulfilled his duties with integrity on September 9.

“At this time we believe Bailey is an active crisis,” she continued.

“It could be stemming from a number of things, from his impending exiting, to the way he was being treated the last two months, we are not clear.”

NEW ASSIGNMENT

The Marine’s parents, Kevin Cameron and Juliana England, opened up about how Cameron was reportedly treated at Camp Pendleton in a live Facebook video on September 2 with The Rad Movement.

“He’s been expressing a lot of stress, a lot of pressure and a lack of compass in where to go from here because there aren’t a lot of supports when you finish as a Marine,” England said in the video.

England also said that Camp Pendleton put Cameron in a new position after he announced his exit – and the assignment brought him to a low point.

“When he made it clear that he wasn’t going to re-up, they put him in a gym and were making him clean up in a gym,” the worried mom said.

She added that the assignment was disappointing because Cameron had been trained to “jump out of airplanes and dive underwater and climb up on the side of the ship without being noticed.”

“He has all of these amazing, incredible skills and he felt very humiliated and very broken over the way that his service ended,” England said.

“We just want to get him across the finish line,” his dad said, referencing his exit on September 9.

However, Cameron’s parents and the Rad Movement say that there have been several more sightings of the missing Marine that police and the Marine Corps won’t acknowledge.

“We are unclear why can’t Pendleton and the police have not commented on the sightings,” Finn told The U.S. Sun, adding that it’s “disheartening.”

At this time we believe Bailey is an active crisis.
