Maggie graduated from Georgetown University Law School in Washington, D.C. in May 2023.

Maggie currently works as a social media correspondent for Wheel of Fortune, where she helps promote the series across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Viewers believe Maggie will replace long-time host Vanna White on the series, as her co-host Pat Sajak left the show last season.

Maggie made her first appearance in May 2023 when she replaced Vanna, 67.

Vanna hinted that Maggie should be her successor earlier this year once her contract expires in 2026.

“She's been around her whole life, so I think she can definitely fill me in.

“It's precious, it's beautiful, it's so good,” Vanna added.

“I think she learned a lot from her father because he's a good communicator. I think she's good for our show.”

Evaluation success

Ryan Seacrest took over as Pat for season 42.

Wheel of Fortune is off to a strong start with Ryan, 49, as host, with the US Sun previously reporting that 8,310,000 viewers watched Wheel of Fortune in its premiere week from September 9 to September 15.

The competing game show Jeopardy!, hosted by Ken Jennings, was watched by 7,113,000 viewers.

That Wheel of Fortune comes in first place is a shock, like Jeopardy! It brought in more viewers overall last season.

It's Ryan's time to shine

While Ryan got off to a rocky start with a series of blunders, fans believe he's finally getting into his “groove.”

“Secrest found his groove so quickly on this show that I have to say I'm very impressed even as someone who never cared for him,” one fan wrote on Reddit.

“I was definitely shocked at how much I enjoyed watching him. I have to give it to him: He's a professional at television entertainment.

Another said: “He's definitely shown great improvement so far. I feel like it still needs a little work on the sympathy quip where someone has to go home with the minimum or not win the bonus prize.

A third commented: “I agree, the first month I couldn't help but compare Ryan's timing to Pat's, ie. bantering and bantering with the players, announcing a win, revealing something.

“Pat has had a comedic background and is naturally gifted with timing, and he's quick to anger but also has an ease when needed, and I think Ryan can build on that over time. But this week he looked like he was really in his groove.”
