Porsha williams is officially back on bravo and real housewives of atlanta, Impress at Bravo Fan Fest Miami.
Williams left RHOA In 2021, though, fans will get a lifetime update on Peacock's The ultimate girls trip Season 3 In 2023, a lot has happened in her life since then.
“I've had a good time. I've been enjoying life,” Williams told Deadline. “Life has its ups and downs and like usual, you just keep moving forward and it was amazing. I love being a mom. My little girl, Pilar, is five years old now, and this is literally my full-time job.
DEADLINE: Speaking of Pilar, we recently saw on social media that you were filming confessionals with her father, Dennis.
Williams: (laughs) Oh, I thought I deleted – I posted and deleted. I was like, am I giving [the fans] too much?”
DEADLINE: What was it like filming with Dennis and will we see more of him next season?
Williams: I'm excited because he's filming with me. I'm happy that our family unit is being shown because even though it's reality TV entertainment, this is my real life and in the early parts of the season, you'll see what I'm actually going through. I would say the most important thing to me is having that family unit, being a great co-parent, and being able to show that unity during the transition period with Pilar. I can say I'm excited about where we are, because it's important for her to have that.
DEADLINE: Also joining you this season are those who haven't been watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta Since Season 9, he has been your Frick and Frack partner in crime, Phaedra Parks. How was this meeting?
Williams: Oh my gosh, when I told you I wanted Phaedra back on the first day of filming, but I have to say, I was happy when she finally showed up. It's good because it's always good energy. It's always fun, and lighthearted. Even though life may be dark sometimes, you need to have that light and Frick and Frack will always bring you good times. We will always come back and laugh at what we shouldn't laugh at, enjoy the good things in life and not focus on the bad. I just love that she's back.
DEADLINE: You haven't filmed together for a while. What was the dynamic like filming and working together again?
Williams: The thing about Frick and Frack is that we have a kind of friendship where we don't have to talk [to each other] Every day, and we certainly haven't filmed together in several years, but when I tell you, it's like not a day wasted. Once we got together, you'd think we were together every day. and [she’s] The kind of friend whose friendship you know is real – we are closed to him.
DEADLINE: Early this season, we also saw photos of you and your enemy Kenya Moore circulating, suggesting that you two are on good terms. Since you left the series in the middle of filming, do you still keep in touch?
Williams:I'm still in contact with Kenya and still hope she can resolve the issue with the cast and network and find a way forward. I was so excited for the audience to see our growth, because of all things, it felt so real. It was [very much] Big sister and little sister energy that everyone can relate to. I definitely hated that it didn't work out, but sometimes you have to pay for some of your mistakes and eventually come back.
DEADLINE: Speaking of little sister, do you still keep in touch with the ex? Bravo chat room Shared hosting and Summer house alum, Hannah Berner?
Williams: Of course, I love Hannah Berner. I hope so Hannah Berner [and] Gizelle Bryant, we're back together and back Chat room. Everyone sends me a direct message [and] He tweets me all the time about the chat room. So please, let's sign the petition and return it.
DEADLINE: It would be great as an in-studio show.
Williams:Just imagine what the three of us would do in person [and] In the studio, it would be crazy. We didn't have to be produced at all. We had great producers, however [it was just them] He tells us the topics – we'll just crack up. That's how it was natural for all of us. We all come from different walks of life, but it was just magic and I hope we can bring it back one day.
DEADLINE: Finally, when it was announced that you were returning to The Real Housewives of Atlantathe announcement included an overall scripted talent deal with NBCU Entertainment. Has there been any progress on this project?
Williams: I can't actually talk about some projects, because in the TV world, you don't talk about them until they're announced, but there's been a lot of movement. There's a show coming out next year, and yes, I'm definitely back in the acting business, and I have something coming up that, as usual in this world, you can't talk about it until it's announced.
