Exclusive: Find Michael Presenter Spencer Matthews has just come off of running 30 desert marathons in 30 days, but he's not finished yet, and the cameras will be rolling towards his next challenge.
Matthews, who made his name Made in Chelsea But in recent years he has turned to endurance challenges, and next looks to break the Guinness World Record for completing Ironman challenges on all seven continents.
His journey will be documented by UK Indie Whisper in a documentary series titled Seven by seven [working title], Which has not yet found a buyer.
Only one person has successfully completed the Ironman challenge in the past and it took just under four years, and 36-year-old Matthews is looking forward to completing it in that many weeks. In each triathlon, Spencer will swim 3.8km, bike 180km, and a full marathon of 42.2km – on each of the seven continents, ending with the toughest of them all, in Antarctica.
Matthews, who now holds the Guinness World Record for successfully completing 30 marathons in 30 days, said: “It's definitely an ambition – but what I've discovered is a love of pushing myself and achieving what was previously unattainable for me.” On the sand in the Jordanian desert.

The development deal with Whisper is unique to the show and has been packaged by Louisa McDonald at Money Talent Management. Whisper has been on a roll lately. And having expanded beyond sports productions, it has landed itself into a Netflix doc series Saudi Professional League: Kick-off Featuring Cristiano Ronaldo with his game show trio Wheel of fortune, risk and imaginary, All for ITV.
