“I hate to see how quickly the smile was stolen from her face: ‘Who does that?'” one fan wrote.

“Even if they're not famous, why do we touch other people and especially attract them,” another person said.

The third comment read: “Normalizing these artists/celebrities who stand up for themselves and watch it stop… because when they interact with the wrong people in the public eye they are the celebrities.”

“Some fans do this a lot and it's ruining it for the rest of us,” one fan wrote.

Musgraves then returned to the concert and told her fans in the audience that she was “so excited” to be there.

In a second TikTok, fans continued to show support for the Grammy winner.

“As someone from Tampa, we don't make her say 'I'm sorry,'” one person said.

“I don't even blame her. What happened is disgusting,” another fan added.

“People are more upset about her calling the fan a mean name, which is crazy. If she didn't get her hands on her, this wouldn't happen,” another person noted.
