McDonald's has finally responded to fans' calls to revive the beloved menu item eight years after it was discontinued.
The fast food giant has confirmed that the Snack Wrap will be available from 2025, but left out key details in the teaser on social media.
“Snack Wraps xx.xx.2025,” McDonald's shared on X, teasing the release date of the fan-favorite snack.
Snack Wraps was previously discontinued in 2016, leaving fans devastated and even starting petitions to restore the old menu.
“It's very popular,” McDonald's President Joe Erlinger told ABC News.
“I receive a lot of emails in my inbox about this product.”

The beloved item will be renamed the McCrispy Snack Wrap.
Snack wraps include chicken, lettuce and cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla.
After first launching in 2006, Snack Wraps later expanded with a beef option.
However, it was discontinued because it took too long to produce.
It's unclear when Snack Wraps will hit menus again next year, with Erlinger citing “competitive reasons.”
Fans are celebrating the news with multiple comments under the announcement simply saying “Finally.”
“OMG yes I miss the covers,” one fan wrote.
“We're back,” another celebrated.
