Jay Z Entertainment company Roc Nation has found itself embroiled in a legal battle over bribery allegations related to a high-profile rape case.
Tony Buzbee, an attorney representing an anonymous defendant who filed claims against Jay-Z, has filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation's legal team and Jay-Z.
The complaint, filed by Buzbee, accuses Roc Nation of conspiring to obstruct justice by engaging shadowy agents to scout for Buzbee Law Firm clients. According to the allegations, these agents attempted to convince clients to file frivolous lawsuits against Buzbee's company.
Buzbee claims some of his clients have been contacted by individuals who claim to work in Texas but are actually scammers. It is also alleged that agents were offered sums ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 to take action against him.

This lawsuit is the latest development in the ongoing legal saga involving Jay-Z and his business partners. Earlier this month, Jay-Z filed a lawsuit against Buzbee for alleged extortion in connection with his impeachment case Jay Z and Diddy raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000. Both men have denied the allegations.
Roc Nation responded to the new lawsuit with a statement calling it “nonsense” and a “pathetic attempt to distract and divert attention.” The company insists that Buzbee's lawsuit is just another attempt to distract from the main issue.
