There's no doubt about it now: the Giants are the worst team in the NFL.
Not only have the Giants lost a franchise-record 10 straight games… and not only have they been annihilated by the same Falcons who a week ago needed to go the distance to beat the hapless Raiders… but they're also the last team remaining with less than three wins.
The discussion is a bit more complicated at the summit. Because, just as the Giants are the only ones with two wins, the Chiefs are the only ones with 14 wins.
Make your case for the Bills, Lions or Vikings, but there's no denying that the two-time defending Super Bowl champions still know how to get the job done.
With the top and bottom positions determined, here are The Post's Week 17 NFL power rankings:
1. Chiefs 14-1 (2)
What is an ankle sprain? An injured Patrick Mahomes wasted no time despite the quick turnaround between plays, throwing the ball for one and running for another in a 27-19 win over the Texans. Marquise Brown had five catches for 45 yards in his season debut. The Chiefs are one win (or one loss to the Bills) away from clinching the top seed in the AFC in the playoffs.
2. Bills 12-3 (3)
Josh Allen's rare quiet game was salvageable because James Cook rushed for 100 yards and scored twice, and forced the defense into three second-half points in a 24-21 win over the Patriots. Taron Johnson recovered a fumble in the end zone for a fourth-quarter touchdown as the Bills scored 24 straight points after trailing 14-0.
3. Black 13-2 (4)
The injury-ravaged Lions had no problem getting past the Bears, 34-17, as Jared Goff threw three touchdown passes. Jameson Williams racked up a career-high 143 receiving yards, including an 82-yard touchdown, and Jahmir Gibbs ran for 109 yards and a touchdown without backfield mate David Montgomery. The Lions set single-season franchise records for wins, road wins (seven) and points scored (493).
4. Vikings 13-2 (5)
Justin Jefferson caught a touchdown pass with less than four minutes remaining to make the difference in a 27-24 win over the Seahawks, who had led just 30 seconds earlier. Jefferson finished with 10 catches for 148 yards and two touchdowns. Kevin O'Connell is the first coach in franchise history to have multiple 13-win seasons — just three years into his tenure.
5. Eagles 12-3 (1)
Saquon Barkley may win the NFL MVP award, but it was clear just how important Jalen Hurts is during the 36-33 loss to the Chiefs. As Hurts missed most of the game with a concussion, Kenny Pickett threw a touchdown and an interception. Barkley ran for 150 yards and two touchdowns. DeVonta Smith had a devastating touchdown that gave life to the Leaders' late comeback.
6. Packers 11-4 (6)
Playoff berth-clinching victories don't come any easier than they seem in a 34-0 win over the Saints. Josh Jacobs, Emmanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks each scored rushing touchdowns as part of a 39-carry, 188-yard effort on the ground in a 34-degree evening cold. The defense harassed rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler to an interception, a fumble recovery and three sacks.
7. Ravens 10-5 (8)
After a rare interception by Lamar Jackson, teammate Marlon Humphrey responded with an interception of his own…and returned his own for a touchdown in the fourth quarter in a 31-17 win over the Steelers. Jackson threw three touchdown passes and the Ravens picked off three to avoid disaster and clinch a playoff berth.
8. Steelers 10-5 (7)
With a chance to win the AFC North title, the Steelers lost their second straight game. Russell Wilson had two costly turnovers — the aforementioned six-catch and a missed fumble short of the goal line while trying to make a cut and score a touchdown. It was a quiet game for TJ Watt, who was playing with a recent ankle injury.
9. Leaders 10-5 (11)
Jayden Daniels became the first Washington quarterback since 1991 to throw five touchdown passes, including the game-winner with six seconds remaining, to beat the Eagles. Jamison Crowder had the first and last of those hits, and Olamide Zaccheaus grabbed two more. The leaders closed the gap to 14-0 after seven minutes of the game and 27-14 at the start of the fourth quarter.
10. Chargers 9-6 (13)
How is this an unusual turning point? The Chargers scored the NFL's first successful field goal on a fair kick in 48 years at the end of the first half to seal a 34-27 second-half win against the Broncos. Gus Edwards, Derrius Davis and Hassan Davis scored goals in the final 18 minutes of the game.

Thanks to three failed fourth-down attempts, a missed field goal and several clock-chewing moves, the Jets became the second NFL team since 1940 to score fewer than 10 points despite not punting. The end result, of course, was a 19-9 loss for the Rams. Aaron Rodgers drove a 99-yard touchdown drive but also lost a fumble on a sack that led to the Rams' decisive touchdown.

Drew Lock threw two interceptions that were returned for touchdowns in a 34-7 loss to the Falcons, who made a seamless transition from Kirk Cousins to rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr. And the lowest-scoring offense in the NFL hit again despite Tyrone Tracy Jr. Capture toe touch. The league's worst rushing defense allowed 127 yards and two scores on the ground.
