Commando Creatures is wrapping up its first season on Max, and ahead of the season one finale, creator James Gunn teases what viewers can expect.
The seven-episode series, produced by DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation has more for fans of the DC Universe.
When a fan asked Gunn on Threads if the animated series would have any post-credits scenes, the director replied: “It will be the season finale, yes.”
Gunn did not specify whether the post-credit scenes relate to the recently announced second season Commando Creatures Or if it would trigger any other DC Studios property e.g Superman or Peacemaker Season 2.
Commando Creatures is the first show set in the DC Extended Universe led by Gunn and Peter Safran as co-presidents of DC Studios. The actors will play the same characters across the universe in animated and live-action projects.

The cast of the animated series includes Steve Agee as Economos, Maria Bakalova as Princess Ilana, Anya Chalotra as Cersei, Zoe Zhao as Nina Mazursky, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Sean Gunn as G.I. Robot and Weasel, and David Harbor as Frankenstein. Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, Indira Varma as The Bride, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.

Max recently confirmed there will be a second season for Commando Creatures The go-ahead was as Gunn said in a statement: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Max on another season of Creature Commandos mayhem.
