Once a household name after a brush with fame, this '00s reality star has shunned it all for a life “far, far away” in the wilderness.
The star has turned her back on the world of showbiz and headed into the depths of Montana with only her husband, Matthew Rudd, for company.

The star in question is Adrianne Curry, who won the first series of America's Next Top Model.
Once her name was announced by ANTM host Tyra Banks, Adrianne was able to enjoy a successful career in the public eye.
She has designed numerous magazine covers and brands, including Playboy and Von Dutch, and starred in the VH1 reality show The Surreal Life.
But Adrianne has bid farewell to fame and fortune and chosen the quiet life instead.
New life
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, the 42-year-old shared a stunning photo of her forest and mountain view in the landlocked northwestern state.
“For the last seven years, I've lived very far away,” she revealed.
“I can go months without being stuck with anyone other than my husband.
“My life is lived in the glorious silence of the wilderness.
“I now get burned out easily in large groups/cities. It can take days to decompress from this experience.
“On the plus side, I am more in tune with the land than I have ever been in my life. My awareness of the forest and what is going on around me is very acute…”
Adrienne also shared dozens of photos from her new life on Instagram, including ones taken at the cabin she shares with her husband.
On Christmas Day, the happy couple posed for photos in front of a giant Christmas tree.
“I've gotten everything I want for Christmas…for the last nine years,” Adrian said.
Other photos show her skiing in heavy snow and standing with Matthew in front of the snow-covered mountains of Montana.
However, in a recent video, Adrianne admitted she doesn't regret taking part in ANTM but said it “didn't work out” as she had hoped.
The video comes several months after the former model claimed she had been “betrayed” and “lied” on the show.
“They told us every day that whoever would win would be a top model from Revlon, and then they dubbed the voice-overs when it aired on TV because they never meant it,” Adrian told People magazine in July this year.
“They lied to us because none of us would have fought as hard as we did for a small prize. We'd say, 'That's stupid.'

Speaking from her car in her latest video, Adrienne said: “There are a lot of things on Top Model and I've been asked to do some of them. I said no to all of them.
“I'm grateful I got to be on Top Model. Yeah, things didn't go exactly like they promised me and stuff like that, but life's not fair and you're moving on and growing and growing.”
“It's been over 20 years and I'm not sitting here crying and licking my wounds over the things that happened back then.”
Lessons learned
Adrienne added: “I am good and my life is beautiful and through this I learned invaluable lessons and learned not to trust anyone in Hollywood, which is exactly what I needed to do!”
“So I'm not angry about it. I'm not angry about it. And I know there's a lot of other people that are angry about it, and I tell them, let it go, move on. It's okay, you.” 'You'll be fine.'
“Your life will be full of people who stick it and break it. That's life, and that's what matters next.”
“I am where I am today because of that,” Adrian concluded, “and I am where I am, in beautiful Montana, because of that.”
The first series of America's Next Top Model premiered in 2003.
Adrianne joined the cast of The Surreal Life for the fourth series two years later and married her houseguest Christopher Knight.
The couple went on to star in their own spin-off film called My Fair Brady and married in 2006. They then divorced seven years later.
Adrianne became engaged to the film's voice actor Matthew Rudd in 2017 and they eloped in Glacier National Park in Montana the following year.
The couple tied the knot in a Game Of Thrones themed wedding.
