The Jets are 4-12 this season after having playoff hopes entering the year, but poor play from Rodgers and the offense quickly dented those hopes.

With both the team's head coach and general manager fired this season, Rodgers is expected to be the next president.

“This will be his last game as a Jet in my opinion,” Strahan said.

“He's one away from hitting the 500-touchdown mark.”

Strahan shared that although Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history, he comes with a lot of baggage off the field.

He said the baggage is only worth it when Rodgers is playing his best, and he's not.

“A lot comes with Aaron Rodgers,” Strahan continued.

“If you're going to take on everything that comes with Aaron Rodgers, you need the production that normally comes with Aaron Rodgers, and you're not going to get that.”

Strahan believes the Jets owner needs to move on from Rodgers and go in a new direction.

“Woody Johnson, he owns Johnson & Johnson, which is a big company,” Strahan said.

Aaron Rodgers makes a shocking affair announcement live on The Pat McAfee Show, leaving viewers stunned

“He should take some Tylenol and get rid of the headache, but he can't put a band-aid on it.”

Strahan said he thinks some teams will consider trying to sign Rodgers this season, but he could be dissuaded by his behavior off the field.

“This is Aaron Rodgers' last game as a Jet,” Strahan said.

“I always think there are teams that think they can get it and fix it and get every last bit of it, but is it worth everything that comes with it?

“I don't know.”
