The British who are looking for a city break with wonderful beaches, amazing food and budget -friendly residency may want to see.
Greece is a strong favorite with the British looking for immersed holidays, including wonderful beaches, water -friendly and amazing food; But its popularity can mean that getaways can be crowded and expensive.
However, there is one spot that is less famous on the main mainland that the people seek to travel to offer all of the above, “without the rise in tourist prices” that you will find in hot points such as Athens, or Islands such as Rhodes, Crete and Mikkonos.
Ski Vertigo experts named Nafplio as one of the sites that have been underestimated, adding that although most tourists will miss it, they remain preferred by the locals thanks to its beautiful coastal scenes and the absence of larger crowds.
“The island is often overwhelmed by resorts, NAFPlio on the mainland is preferred among the Greeks themselves,” they explained. “Expect great food, romantic thrill and view of the sea – without raising tourist prices.”

It is also worth a picnic to the marina and the port in which you can take some wonderful coastal landscapes, or you can explore thanks to the number of historical castles, churches and new classic architecture, as well as a group of museums where you can learn more about the wonderful history of Greece.
Meanwhile, the sun's applicants who want to spend a day will not be disappointed on the beach. One of the easiest ways is to fly to Athens – which has a lot of direct flights with the likes of Jet2, Easyjet, British Airways and Ryanair – then get the ferry, which takes more than two hours. The phrase works between the two cities several times a day, so there are a lot of opportunities to explore Athens and travel on a later day, or seize an early journey and be in NAFPLIO in time for some sunset cocktails overlooking the port!
