Washington-Transport Minister Sean Duffy threatened on Wednesday to withdraw federal scholarships for the high-speed rail power in California after spending nearly $ 7 billion in taxpayer funds over a decade and a half without placing one path.

In a report of more than 300 pages, Duffy detailed the missing deadlines and the extended budget for the long-term project-and the Golden State desk gave 37 days to respond or lose about 4 billion dollars.

“This report reveals a cold and difficult fact: CHSRA does not have an applicable way to complete this project on time or on the budget,” he said.
