Harvey Winstein's accused stormed a courtroom in Manhattan in crying during a barbecue by the lawyer of the film pole on Friday, forcing the judge to stop re -simulating sex crimes for ten minutes.
Myriam “Mimi” Haley-during her fourth day, was on the position of witnesses-just 30 minutes after a certificate on Friday morning when she turned an aggressive interrogation by former Honcho lawyer Jennifer Bonjin.
Bunjian was asking Haley what she was wearing when it was claimed that Winstein raped her at the Grand Tribeca Hotel on July 10, 2006, and whether she had taken her clothes or if he removed her.
Haley said, “I did not get out of my clothes.” “He was the person who raped me, not the other way around.”
“This is to decide the jury,” Punjian picked up again.
Haley said during the escalating exchange: “No, not for the jury to decide whenever my experience was and he did so,” Haley said during the escalating exchange.
“Don't tell me that I was not raped by the F -AGING A -!” Haley said, storming crying.
Haley – a previous assistant in the production of the “project runway” – after that she came out at a strong price from the courtroom, wiping tears from her eyes and wore to the point that she ran almost to the defense table where Winstein was sitting.
Then Judge Michael Farber called a short break so that Halle could compose herself.
Haley, 48, also witnessed against Winstein, 73, in 2020, a very similar picture of what she described so far during her second work period on the platform.
Winstein was convicted in this case, and he was sentenced to 23 years in prison behind bars. But this condemnation was reversed last year.
Winstein – who has maintained his innocence – faces up to 25 years if he is convicted of the highest number.
