In a report issued by NewSnation, Volkon revealed that she had left her grandmother at the Wall Mart store and stopped in the place of the handicapped – all the time a sign of the disabled.

However, a police officer approached her car and took advantage of her window.

Fulkner said: “I opened my door and said,” Yes, madam. “

She said, “I stopped in an obstacle. I said, “I am sorry, officer.” I said I could move, but I got a poster for the disabled. “

Later, in a statement, the police department said: “The officer noticed the car from the time when I entered the car park and did not stop and no one noticed from the car.”

But six minutes after the video clips that were captured, you can hear Jeddah Volkonner mentioned.

Fulkner noted that the Wreg HandicAP poster has an expiration date until September 30, 2028 – and it must be valid for the Gulf parking gay in which it was.

However, the police department said that it was the Mississippi Law to show the identity upon request when operating a car.

The officer, who was seen in the video, said that Volkner refused and even cursed the officer, and when the officer grabbed Volkonner's arm, Vokenner said resisted.

Fulkner says this is not the entire story.

The driver hit a $ 80 ticket every time he praised his path thanks to the blatant supervision of the “pedestrian law”

“While I got my license in my hands, I try to tell her that I want a sergeant,” Volkner said.

“It is noisy. It becomes sound. It is more hot and hotter in the situation.”

Volkon also revealed that the female officer threatened to shock her with a family in front of her children – something that was not mentioned in the police statement.

She claims to have also threatened to contact children's protection services.

“I should not spend my mother's day sitting in a dungeon because of a poster for the disabled,” said Volkner.

The police department added that it is regularly receiving complaints to parking lots, although Volkonner confirms that her grandmother was one of those who needed one of the parking spaces.

“For me, I would have given me a fee that was not right at all, and I do not settle for it.”
