UEFA developed its evaluation date until March 1 instead of June, but the CAS committee found that this change was properly connected by UEFA and that Drogheda should know this.
The majority of the committee also rejected the Dergaida requests regarding the alleged irregular treatment by the European Union.
Drujida, who is currently in the first division in the Ireland League and faces Shamrock Rovers on Monday evening, described a “unfair” decision.
“The rules must protect the opportunity, and do not prevent them,” they added.
“Especially for the clubs that society drives like us who fight every day with punch over their weight.
However, we accept responsibility. We are sorry. But while we feel sad, we also encourage.
“We will not let this setback determine us. Instead, we will use it as fuel. Our club has never been delivered anything and we have got every inch through grays, flexibility and loneliness. We will continue to do so.”
Derry City, who won the Derjaida in the FAI Cup final, is unable to join Shamrok Rovers and St. Patrick sports in the competition with the passage of the UEFA license.
It is similar to the Crystal Palace, who qualified for the European League by winning the FA in May.
This is the only time that the English Premier League has qualified in its 120 -year -old history, but the European Football Association is scheduled to decide whether they have violated its rules on the teams under a multilateral royal structure competing in that competition.
UEFA's final referee will focus on American businessman John Textor, the owner of Eagle Football – who holds a 43 % stake in Palace.
Eagle Football also has a 77 % stake in Lyon French Side, which – like Palace – qualifies for the European League next season.
In recent seasons, Aston Villa, Manchester City and Manchester United have been accepted in the European competition despite the initial concerns about multiple ownership.
