The single mother said that she discovered violent treatment last month when the children of the children examined a home surveillance camera in the bedroom – she was terrified when she learned that the children's cliff was secretly hitting children, and children between the ages of 2, 4 and 6.

But although the family that reported the horrific behavior of ACS and NYPD – and Jackson, was accused of a criminal husband – they have not yet been arrested.

The video shows that it strikes two crying children nearly 60 times, according to the notice of the claim submitted by the Jaramillo lawyer on Monday indicating her intention to prosecute.

In shots of May 6, the brutal gests can be seen wandering around children who wear underwear and restrict their small arms while trying to dismantle the strikes.

“Guess what will happen,” she could hear, saying, apparently annoyed that the 4 and 6 -year -old children did not clean their room.

“belt?” One of the young boys answers that Jackson, wearing a shirt with the phrase “Heaven Surns”, pulls a thick brown belt from a bag from the body.

“You are right – I warned everything,” she answered fun, adding: “Driving.” “

The children's cliff also wore a hobbyist Halloween mask and Santa Claus – which Jaramilo discovered at her home – apparently to intimidate children.

Jackson was employed by the Selfhelp home assistant provider, which was contracted by the troubled ACS, through her home program that provides the troubled city families of children to help care, according to Jaramillo and joint documents with The Post.

She said that what was supposed to be a miracle assistance to a living nightmare for the mother, who reached for the first time with the home industry service while fleeing home violence.

Until her mother found the video, Jaramillo said that she and her parents consider Jackson a family member, celebrate the holidays together and let her sleep in a backup bedroom to avoid the long trip to the bed, Brooklyn from Bronx.

“Beat children with [clothes] And the spirit of Jaramilo, “Hill, hitting them with belts, and throwing the child,” claiming that the children's whispering also graduated from emotional and verbal abuse for children.

“They say that the bathroom is scary,” Jaramilo told the newspaper Boss.

The mother said that the children are now very aggressive with each other, fighting, beating and sitting on the child to the point of suffocation.

“They are shocked.” “I don't know where to learn these things, I don't know if they repeat the things that were happening to them.”

Jackson was the second incubator that was sent to the family after discovering the first agency that ACS contracted with drinking and smoking on a field while watching children, as Jaramillo claimed.

The grandfather Enamorado said: “The worst thing we did is our caution.”

Jackson did not respond to the requests for comment, but in her recent text message to Jaramillo, she participated with the post, she declared her “love” for children.

“It is an educational experience for all of us,” said the message. “I am their first supporter when it comes to their safety and well -being.”

It is not clear the amount that Jackson paid, but Selfhel is currently in a $ 1.23 million contract with ACS for home care services, as records appear.

Jaramillo claimed that after the May 6 incident, ACS opened an investigation – instead of Jackson – claiming that she lacks documentation from visiting the Children's Hospital that day.

ACS spokesman did not address this claim, but he said that Jackson was no longer working for Selfhel and that ACS was working with the New York Police to achieve it.

The deputy said: “We take these vigilant measures seriously, and we have started a review of the contracting provider's procedures.”

A Selfhelp spokesman confirmed that Jackson has been terminated and that the company was fully cooperating with NYPD, claiming that it is doing a drug test and checking the background to all its workers.
