FEDEX has taken legal measures against MyPillow, claiming that the company owes about $ 9 million as unpaid charging fees. The partnership between the two began in February 2021, but things were strained when mypillow began to fail the payments.
The court's files reveal that by late 2024, the company achieved $ 8.8 million in delivery and later fees, and its agreement was rejected with FEDEX.
In response, the Fedex Mypillow was transferred to a cash payment model only in December 2024, and eventually cut ties in January 2025 after receiving any payments despite the repeated promises of CEO Mike Lindel.
This is not the first time that mypillow has faced such financial troubles. Earlier this year, Minnesota court ordered the company to pay nearly $ 778,000 to DHL for unpaid bills and related costs.
This ruling stems from the 2023 settlement agreement that mypillow failed to honor, which only leads to partial payments slightly over $ 64,000.
It highlighted a lawsuit against Del and likewise, FEDEX claims that mypillow began delaying payments early in September 2024, which led to confirmation penalties.
