Trysey Boateng, 27, was arrested after colleagues found footage of her camera in her body while she was personally demonstrating with Vincent Ojo, the crown court was informed of Snaresbrok.
It can be heard as she tells the heroin dealer to say “cheese” because she carried two fingers while Augo holds his tongue. The court listened to other clips arrested using a sexual language with the prisoner, embraced and kissing him in the prison office. A three -month -old daughter appeared before the court on Monday for ruling on one of the misconduct in a public office.
Judge Caroline English said that the fact that Boateng was the only sponsorship of such a young child who saved her from prison.
The English judge said: “I cannot confirm enough about the seriousness of this crime. As a senior prison officer, you held a position of power and confidence, and he was expected to do the duties by adhering to the prison rules. You have intentionally penetrated with a prisoner who was under your supervision,” the English judge said.
But the judge added: “You are the mother of a very small child, you are still breastfeeding this child and you are the only care presenter. One thing is that your child is completely innocent and the imprisonment of your imprisonment on such a little child will be important and likely to be very harmful. It is for this reason, and this is the reason alone, and made me convince an exclusion course.
Boateng, who wears cotton trousers and a white blouse, wore an enthusiastic in the sidewalk surrounded by a female guard where she handed over a 12 -month suspended penalty. She acknowledged that she was guilty in a previous hearing of an inappropriate relationship with OJO at HMP Pentonville in North London between February 25 and April 19 last year.
Prosecutor Laura Kenyon, who determines the case against her on Monday, said that Boateng had joined prison service as highly studied museums in 2020.
The prosecutor added that the defendant was in “a position of confidence with an obligation to support the prison rules” who “deliberately participated in an inappropriate relationship with Mr. Ogu.” Boateng, from Dagenham, East London, was arrested in April 2024 after an intelligence analyst in a matter has a video clip of her camera that was raised with her body joking with Ogu, 34, on G-Ling of the Prison.
More examination of her camera revealed that the husband had met several times in an office that Boateng used between March and April 2024 when she filmed herself embracing and kissing the prisoner. “On one occasion, Boateng seemed to reveal the details of the organization in terms of those who deal with any floor in terms of prison officers.”
The footage also suggested that Boateng gave Ogu secret information from his files. In one of the clip, he could have heard: “Let me see what he was saying regarding …” OJO was in prison since 2020 after he was called to prison for breaking the conditions of his license in relation to the 2016 prison sentence for possession of heroin with the intention of offer.
Boateng's phone was seized after her arrest and showed that she did not use her to call OJO. Its number was not among those who asked to prison. But Mrs. Kenyon added that the messages on the Boateng phone revealed that she had told a colleague that she was in a relationship with Ogu, who gave her the details of the call at Snapchat.
She said: “Mrs. Boateng was discussing things with another prison officer in terms of indicating a continuous romantic relationship.” Mrs. Kenyon said that the officer's colleague has noticed: “This man really thinks that you are finished with his stories.” Boateng missed a previous hearing at the Hayry Magistrate in January due to the complications of pregnancy.
Defense lawyer IOANA NEDELCU said that its client has no previous condemnation and obtained a master's degree in criminality after joining the prison service. She said that Boateng was threatened by Ogu, who claimed to know a place that lived after she found a phone in his cell in November 2023.
The records showed that Boateng had submitted requests to OJO to another wing after recommending that the court heard this. But the lawyer added: “She admitted that her behavior was wrong and did not make any excuses for that.” There was no suggestion that the husband had sex at all and that Boateng has now separated from her daughter's father after she learned of her communication with Ojo, the court heard.
She acknowledged that she was guilty in “intentionally and without reasonable excuse or justification, worsened yourself in a way that up to the misuse of the public's confidence in the owner of the office by engaging in an inappropriate relationship with Vincent Ogu.”
