Mouiz returned to Everton in January due to his second responsible talisman, after more than a decade at the head of 2002 and 2013.
Scott, 62, said it was an honor for him to be in the hideout when the Goodison conclusion for their men's team would be.
“There are a lot of people who may be wise and slightly more knowledgeable than Everton and GODison more than me, but we talked a lot about that now, a great history, great stories,” he said.
“It is clear that there are great managers and players who all performed here. I am only the person who will close the door on his way out, and certainly on their way out to men. We look forward to joining the women.
“It will be sad when it goes, but we go to something we think will give us a greater and better future.”
Moyes admitted that the club captain, 36, will be part of this future in Bramley-More Dock.
The experienced Republic of Ireland, which made more than 400 clubs, was signed by Miz from Siligo Rovers in 2009, outside this summer, but is scheduled to stay with the Blues.
“Seamus will remain next season. Undoubtedly, Seamus will be part of the group. I need it here,” Moyes said.
“His leadership, the type of his message he owns between the players and in the dressing room is very strong, it will be wrong to let him go.”
