GWYNETH PALTORW got rid of the high -charging Paleo diet after years of avoiding bread, pasta and cheese. She revealed that she had become “little sick” to change lifestyle.

Goop founder, 52, known for her famous health and nutrition approach, admitted that she had grown to be a “sick” of the cave system, which removes modern foods.
