The Railways in Britain will continue to run on the United Kingdom of Steel – thanks to the deal that includes thousands of molten oven functions.
Today, Minister of Transport, Heidi Alexander, will sign a contract worth 400 million pounds with british Steel.

The five -year agreement to supply 337,000 tons of cement with the company's path as a major supplier for the Network Rail.
It also throws the lifestyle to the Scunthorpe fennel factory – just two months after the ministers rushed through the emergency laws to save it from the closure.
It was operated after the owners of the Chinese Jingy Group group looked at it, despite the offering of 500 million pounds of government support.
“This historic contract really turns the British steel look and the workforce allocated to it in Scunthorpe, as it is based on a decades -long partnership with Network Rail to produce the British railway railway,” said Ms. Alexander.
It also follows a violent reaction after the network railway, which takes care of the railway and infrastructure, has an area of 10,000 miles in Britain, and it provides a separate request of 140 million pounds to the global tender.
But officials insist that the British steel will continue to provide more than 80 percent of the railway needs in Britain, with only smaller contracts to European companies for specialized components.
“We are committed to buying the British as it makes sense to do so, and the British steel is still very competitive in providing railways and they will remain our main resource in the coming years,” said Clav Burnington, of Network Rail, said yesterday.
“Our European suppliers are an important part of our railway supply chain for both specialized elements, and to ensure the safety of the offer.”
The deal comes amid increasing pressure on labor in traditional solid cities.
