A man was transferred to Tiktok to exchange his “fraud” experience after he and his travel companion were rejected at the Ryanair trip because he only left one seat.
The traveler's dreams turned into a failure when they were prevented from riding their plane due to an accident. While we continue for the peak travel season, points from the British are set in sunny destinations such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and Turkey aspiring to sunflower in the warm weather. However, things are not always smoothly – sometimes, hiccups can go out in a person's holiday plans.
Tiktok user goes by Scott. MORELFECOACHING shared his banner about preventing him from obtaining a Ryanair trip that he was to take. He said that upon reaching the boarding gate to the plane, he was asked to stand aside. While other passengers with pre -seized seats advanced, he and his friend, who did not keep seats and was the last time to register the arrival, where only one seat left.
The traveler described the situation as a “fraud” of Ryanair, pointing to their repeated references to their conditions and terms. Ryanair's response to Daily Express was clear: “As a policy, Ryanair does not overcome flights.”
However, the airline avoided the specific complaints expressed in the video. The company acknowledges that on rare occasions, confirmed reservation holders may face problems with the boarding.
“In the event that there is no possibility of passengers with a certain reservation, we will search for volunteers to deliver their seats in exchange for the benefits that we and the volunteer may agree on before we deny the climb to other passengers.”
The UK Civil Aviation Authority notes that airlines often “reserve people on a flight on more than one seats on the plane,” explaining that “this does not always appear – despite their reservation.”
Then the Tiktok user shared that they should wait for 50 minutes to recover their luggage from the trip they could not go up.
He also stated that aviation staff informed them that they are only one of the reservations that will be compensated, and they will need another purchase.
Ryanair policy determines that passengers who have been refused to ascend to climb are qualified to obtain compensation options.
