However, fans are confused on how to get their hands on the exclusive drinkware and are worried they will “be gone by lunchtime.”
McDonald’s revealed the Collector’s Meal release date on Wednesday via Facebook.
“In 20 years ur gonna be happy u collected all 6 limited edition cups. Collector’s Meal 8.13,” they wrote.
Beginning August 13, thousands will be able to get their hands on an array of retro-styled cups.

The collector’s items are said to be BPA-free and shatter-resistant.

NEW MENU ITEM
On Monday, McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski revealed via Food & Wine that they were introducing a new burger after revealing that their sales had dropped during the second fiscal quarter of 2024.
The Big Arch burger sits at 14 ounces and consists of two meaty patties, a “tangy McDonald’s sauce, and “crispy toppings.”
The burger also includes three slices of white cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
Kempczinski revealed the Big Arch was a “quintessential McDonald’s burger with a twist on our iconic, familiar flavors.”
While the Big Arch is available on the menu, it may be a long time before Americans can get their hand on the new menu item.
According to Kempczinski, the new burger is currently being tested in international markets, including Portugal, Canada, and an undisclosed third.
