Kyra doesn’t have to break the bank to look her best.

She shared in a New York Magazine interview some of her favorite products that she “can’t live without.”

They spanned from beauty to wellness.

The Maxxxine actress revealed that there is one item she started implementing into her haircare routine to reduce shedding.

“Rosemary oil is supposed to stimulate hair growth, so I started adding about ten drops into my shampoo,” she said.

She adds Cliganic Organic Rosemary Essential Oil, $7.99, which can be purchased on Amazon.

It also acts as a body oil and aromatherapy diffuser.

Kyra admitted that it was recommended by her friend Linda Wolff, who previously owned a “little Upper West Side boutique.”

The reason the 58-year-old said she started doing it is because “apparently, the texture of your hair changes every seven years.

“And I believe it,” she added.

Kyra explained that she still has a lot of hair, but as she got older, her “hair shaft has minimized and there’s more shedding.”

“I love the smell and feel like my hair loves it,” she added.

The actress has been using this method for about three months and was impressed with the results.

“I definitely feel less hair loss in the shower,” she said.

Kyra also felt there should be a bigger conversation around feminine health concerns.

“I personally think we don’t talk about women’s hair loss or hair change enough, along with many women’s health issues,” she said.

She called her rosemary oil routine a “natural way that might help.”

Many professionals discussed the benefits of rosemary oil.

Milk + Blush hair expert Nicole Petty told The U.S. Sun that rosemary has “high antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties.”

This makes it a great natural ingredient for “growing, cleansing, and conditioning” locks and follicles.
