Toprak Razgatlioglu completed a complete sweep in Portimao as he claimed all three victories.
So far in Portimao, it has been all business for Toprak Razgatlioglu, who has won the opening two races. With 12 wins in a row, Razgatlioglu is chasing 13 in a row.
The Turkish rider has now won 13 times in a row, and his fourth win in three races over the weekend. Razgatlioglu was closest to Razgatlioglu in the second race for the Ducati riders, but in the end the championship leader managed to extend his lead in the standings.
Nicolò Bulega finished second in race two behind the BMW. The MotoGP rookie was just 0.035 seconds behind Razgatlioglu when he crossed the finish line. After failing to qualify for FP1, Bulega finally managed to get on the podium in the final race.
For the second time this week, Alex Laws managed to return to the podium. The British rider has not won a race since Australia, but he has had a great season so far.
Despite never having raced at Portimao before, Andrea Iannone finished fourth in the final race of the weekend. His Ducati teammate Danilo Petrucci was fifth, just behind Iannone.
Michael van der Mark took the lead in the WorldSBK race for the first time since his victory in Portimao. However, the Dutch rider dropped down the standings to sixth.
Jonathan Rea was the best Yamaha rider. The Briton failed to score points in the Super Pole and had a technical problem in the opening race but finished seventh in the final race of the weekend.
Garrett Gerloff was the third and final BMW driver in the top 10. The American had a poor start but worked his way up to eighth place.
Honda returned to the top ten with Xavi Vierge finishing ninth. Finally, Dominik Aegerter completed the top ten after crossing the finish line in tenth place.
British riders Scott Redding and Bradley Rae finished outside the top ten, with Redding in 14th and Rae in 18th.
Reigning world champion Alvaro Bautista did not score any points in the second race after colliding with rival Razgatlioglu and finished 19th.
