But it was his antics in the build-up to the program that had Glazer fuming on social media platform X, in a joking tone.

The Fox star posted a video of Strahan messing around behind him while he was preparing takes and camera angles.

Strahan could be seen pulling faces and playfully annoying Glazer, showing their incredible chemistry behind the scenes.

And Glazer posted on X: “My friend is an idiot.

“A funny idiot but an idiot nonetheless @michaelstrahan @nflonfox.”

Fans reacted with delight at the 34 second video clip, with dozens flocking to reveal their love for the duo’s amazing relationship.

One said: “Who doesn’t love a good idiot?”

Another replied: “Yes, he is, but we love ya both.”

And one said: “So funny! I used to watch the show but it’s not longer aviable in @FOXSportsMX.”

A fan laughed: “You two!”

Michael Strahan’s NFL career

Michael Strahan is one of the most recognizable faces on television.

But he came into his media career off the back of a hugely successful stint in the NFL.

Strahan spent 14 years all with the New York Giants from 1993 to 2007.

He was a seven-time Pro Bowler and helped them win the Super Bowl in 2007 – ending the New England Patriots’ hopes of a perfect season.

Strahan was also a two-time NFL sacks leader and also won Defensive Player of the Year.

The ex-Giants star set the single-season sack record with 22.5 in 2001 – a feat which was matched by J.J. Watt exactly 20 years later.

He is one of the best defensive stars to have ever played the game – finishing with 141.5 career sacks and 854 tackles.

It is understood to be 32-year-old Tanita’s first child, and the first grandchild for Strahan, who has four kids of his own.

“Yes, I am a grandfather everybody”, he said on Fox NFL Sunday.

“My daughter Tanita had my grandson, Onyx, is his name.

“That means black, in case you were wondering.

“It’s really special because I know you guys have gone through this.

“I’m just happy to be able to join you in that club.”

Strahan was asked by Pittsburgh Steelers legend Bradshaw how his daughter was doing after the birth.

“Daughter is fantastic”, he replied.

“Not much sleep though.”
