FORGET breakfast of champions, Simone Biles’ appetite extends to huge dinners too.
Some 24 hours before she took part in the Gold Over America Tour Show, the Olympic legend, 27, took in a meal at STK Steakhouse in Salt Lake City with her gymnast pals.
And TMZ Sports had the lowdown on what she ate.
She began her meal with a mocktail, before chowing down on calamari and salad for her appetizer.
Biles then devoured a 10-ounce filet steak, leaving plenty of room for dessert.
The slender 4ft 8inch star follows a relaxed diet plan, believing what she eats will add how she performs.

SunSport delves into Biles’ meals and what she eats to be the best.
In tune with her body
Although she is a supreme athlete, when it comes to food Biles isn’t too intense when it comes to her diet.
“I do not track anything”, she told Women’s Health in 2020.
“I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself, because I’m always at the gym.
“For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should.”
Breakfast
With her workout days starting at 7am, Biles has little time for breakfast.
“I wake up so early before practice, which is at seven, so sometimes I’ll grab a quick bite and sometimes I won’t,” she said.
A morning cup of Joe gets many people going in the morning, but Biles avoids caffeine.
“I’ve never been a coffee drinker,” she said. “I’ve always been somewhat of a morning person.”
However, she might have a protein shake after a strenuous workout.
When it comes to weekends, Biles treats herself.
“On the weekends, I’ll have some protein waffles with chocolate chips, some eggs, or even make cinnamon rolls,” Biles told Women’s Health.
Lunch
Biles usually finishes training at around 11am, and as you can imagine she’s famished.
She’s admittedly a fan of Uber Eats, and tends to order pizza, sushi or salmon through the app.
“I feel like it’s more manageable because I can get home, shower, and go on the app to order whatever I want with the click of a button,” she said.
“If I cook, though, it’s usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill.”
Biles doesn’t skimp on veggies, either.
Asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes are her go-tos.
Snack time
When it comes to snacking, Biles prefers to nibble on fruit when she has a spare moment.
She revealed: “I don’t really snack too too much because I’m always at the gym, but if I do, I try to snack on some fruit.”
She added: “It all depends on how I feel, but when I splurge, I have like popcorn or pretzels and Nutella, stuff like that, as a snack.”
It appears that nothing is off the table for Biles.
However, there is one food she just does not like.
“The only food that I don’t really like to eat is anything with coconut in it.
“For some reason, I don’t particularly like that taste, but anything else, I’m pretty good.”
Dinner
Biles is famously one half of a sporting super couple.
She is married to Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens, who makes sure he and his wife eat well.
At dinner time, the NFL star has been known to prepare their meals.
“Jonathan cooks either, like, salmon, chicken,” she told E! News.
“We eat a lot of chicken, either with broccoli, and like potatoes or mac and cheese, but always veggies with it and we kind of wind down for the night.”
Other “less healthy” dinners include pizza and fettuccine Alfredo.
“If I’m feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken,” she said.
“I really like home restaurants that are in the area because I feel like I get to be closer with them. I’m not picky. I’ll try any new restaurant.”
Sweet tooth
When Biles has a craving for dessert is often when she’s out of town, like her meal at STK proved.
“I have to be in a dessert mood and that usually happens more often when I’m out of town,” she said.
“I find myself looking at local places on Uber Eats for cookies or ice cream or both.”
Cookies are, most certainly, her favourite and she likes to bake at home.
“I do bake chocolate chip cookies myself and whenever I do I usually make s’mores cookies,” she divulged.
“I put a graham cracker at the bottom, marshmallows and chocolate on the top, and then I wrap it in cookie dough and bake it. That’s my favorite cookie to bake.”
