Prosecutors say one attempt involved convincing his family to run a social media campaign around his birthday.
Combs, 55, allegedly began violating the rules shortly after his arrest following his arrest last September.

The indictment cites key evidence federal agents found during their raids on the rapper Houses In Los Angeles and Miami Beach, Florida.
According to the indictment, the rapper had 1,000 bottles of lubricant and a child oil In his two Houses Along with a cache of drugs that were used during sex parties.
Agents also found three AR-15-style rifles with their serial numbers mutilated and a drum magazine, the indictment says.

“Didi was targeted”
But Combs' attorney has spoken out to claim that cops are targeting the sick rapper because of him race.
Attorney Mark Agnifilo told TMZ that the feds are only looking to take down Combs because he is a “successful black man.”
He claims investigators couldn't find anything related to his taxes or business, so they looked elsewhere, to his bedroom.
For more than a decade, the billionaire producer has been inviting Hollywood stars to his legendary parties, which were separate from the Freak-Offs.
None of the celebrities who attended Combs' parties have been accused of any wrongdoing.
There is also no indication that any celebrities or partygoers were aware of the music mogul's alleged abuse.

Prior to Sean “Diddy” Combs' arrest, there was significant speculation that the rap star would find himself in custody after repeatedly being subjected to disturbing accusations — and federal authorities raided two of his mansions.
His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was indicted on three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he dubbed “Freak Offs.”
Hours before his arrest, The US Sun exclusively revealed that the feds investigating Combs had been secretly in contact with prosecutors in the Tupac Shakur murders about gang activities.
This development also came after Combs' name was mentioned 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.
Aside from the Tupac investigation, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex-wife Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
A disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie and then punching, kicking and hitting her in the hallway.
Two months earlier, in March 2024, federal investigators raided two of Combs' mansions, confiscating three AR-15-style rifles, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lubricant that were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.
In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a host of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, alleging that Combs forced him to hire sex workers and engage in sex acts while working on his latest album.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges, but his fight is far from over.
He faces life imprisonment if convicted of all charges.
