Former NFL star Rob Gronkowski jokingly threatened to punch Michael Strahan on behalf of Tom Brady live on Fox Sports after a comment about the Buffalo Bills.
Brady joined the Fox team in the studio as a hologram during coverage of Sunday's games.
However, in the middle of his analysis, former Giants defensive end Strahan teased him about the 2007 Super Bowl.
The Giants beat the New England Patriots 17-14 to end Brady and his teammates' hopes of an undefeated season.
Strahan refused to forget Brady.
“When you have a team that you own in the regular season, but then they own you in the postseason, how do you overcome that? How do you do that?” he asked.
“Because I was just on the owner's side. I'm just curious. How does this work?”
Brady laughed at the comment before responding: “That hurts, man.”
Then former Gronkowski stepped in to ask the NFL legend: “Hey, do you want me to hit it real fast for you, Tom?”
Brady went on to say: “Take care of him for me, Grunky, take care of him.
Strahan was also referring to Sunday's game between the Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.
“They've got to get over that mental scar. Sure, the Bills have had their success but it's tough to get over the hump with the Chiefs — they have the championship DNA and that's what the Bills need,” Brady added.
“They haven't found a way in the big moments, certainly in the playoffs, to get that win, and that's why the Chiefs have a big advantage over them.”
The Bills won 30-21 on the weekend to hand the Chiefs their first defeat of the season.
