Peacock announced this morning that it is a psychological horror thriller Speak no evilstarring James McAvoy, will begin streaming exclusively on the platform on December 6.
Hailing from Blumhouse and Universal Pictures, Speak no evil It is an English-language remake of Kristian Tavdrup's popular 2022 Danish film of the same name. The film revolves around Americans Ben (Scott McNairy) and Louise (Mackenzie Davis), who, after befriending a British couple who have a mute son, accept an unusual invitation to bring their daughter to spend a weekend at an idyllic country farm. However, when they discover that their hosts are hiding sinister motives, Ben and Louise fear that their family may be pawns in a disturbing conspiracy. Led by McAvoy as a charismatic man hiding an unspeakable darkness, a dream vacation turns into an unsettling nightmare.
