HBO channels Franchise It just wrapped its first season with a final episode that completely turned the fortunes of first assistant director Dan (Himesh Patel) upside down. when Franchise Episode 8 begins, “Scene 117: Death of the Eye,” and Anita learns that the studio is planning to postpone the film everyone has been toiling on for months. Soon everyone is in a state of panic, but it's nothing. In an ironic development that reflects some of the controversy surrounding real-life superhero movies, Techno's fortunes reversed when the planned support column in the studio, Centurious 2had to be shelved after its leading man was caught up in a sex scandal.
However, all is not well. Dan has been secretly working on his own adaptation of the film, also known as “The Kumar Cut.” The film's actual director, Eric Bouchard (Daniel Brühl), fires Dan over this betrayal. Dan gets into his car, calls his son, and prepares to leave the group when studio bigwig Pat (Darren Goldstein) shows up.
Pat tells Dan that there are only a few times in anyone's life that they have the ability to ask for exactly what they want. Because Shane, the mysterious studio head, likes Dan's style TechnoDan can charge whatever he wants in exchange for returning to production. But is it so?

What would it take to get Dan to leave his car? privilege Actor Himesh Patel confirmed to Decider that he thinks Dan will leave the car and has an idea of what he's about to ask.
“I think we're seeing, as the season goes on, he's starting to get creative,” Patel said. “You know, he has ideas because he really cares about this franchise. He cares about this comic book world because he grew up reading it. So he has actual opinions about the direction things should go.”
“I think that's probably what he wanted. He wanted some sort of input into the creative direction of the franchise. What form that will take, I don't know.”
With Eric on the line with Yorgos and Shane favoring Dan's vision for the project, does that mean it's a possibility privilege Will season 2 follow Dan as director? Will you be tackling a different angle of the franchise's fictional world? Will there be a second season as well? Franchise????

We don't know yet! However, when Decider spoke with creator Jon Brown, he confirmed that he had “some ideas, but nothing really solid.”
“It seems with the checkered fortunes of these franchise films going on right now, there's no shortage, right?” Brown said. “They're really like soap operas.”
“There are a number of ways we could go,” he said, musing that we still don't know if Techno Will it be a hit or not. “What we really want to focus on is what does that mean for Adam and what does it mean for Daniel?”
“We're very character-driven and I think the franchise elements follow from that.”
