One fashion designer claimed that Sean “Diddy” Combs hung her from a 17th floor balcony.
Brianna “Bana” Pongolan has filed a lawsuit against the disgraced music mogul and is seeking $10 million in damages, alleging that he also harassed her while detailing his alleged abuse of his ex-girlfriend. Cassie Ventura.

The designer's lawsuit claims the alleged terrifying near-death experience occurred on September 26, 2016, following one of Combs' infamous “freaks.”
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 27, 2024.
The rapper is in prison awaiting trial in May 2025 on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, to which he has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty.
Combs has been refused bail twice, with judges citing the risk of him potentially witness tampering.
Pongolan was not involved in the “freak” before her alleged terrifying ordeal, but a lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura last November brought back memories of the incident.
“The sole purpose of hanging someone on a balcony is to actually kill or intentionally terrorize them and deprive them of any concept of control over their bodily autonomy and safety,” Ponggolan’s lawsuit reads.
“It should come as no surprise that this is exactly what happened to Ms. Pongolan.”
But she bravely “refuses to let this fear control the rest of her life” and filed the lawsuit to demand Combs take responsibility for his alleged actions.
The lawsuit describes that Pongolan and her friend were asleep at the time in a bedroom in Ventura's apartment before they were awakened by the sound of Combs knocking “violently” on the door.
She claims he was drunk after the “stranger” and eventually forced his way out.
Before he did so, Pongolan asked her friend to hide in the bathroom.
Ponggolan retreated to the balcony, but Combs barged in, grabbed her, groped her breasts as she tried to fight him and told him to leave, she alleges in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit also alleges that he grabbed her by the armpits and lifted her over the balcony railing while yelling, “Do you know what you did?”
“He immediately lifted her higher and higher over the 17th floor balcony of Ms. Ventura’s apartment, and it was only Combs’ grip that kept her from falling to her death,” the lawsuit states.
Ventura heard the chaos and ran out of her locked bedroom before yelling at Combs to stop.
The suit also alleges that: “Recognizing the threat posed by multiple witnesses to his assault, [Combs] He pulled Mrs. Pongolan to the balcony.
“But he did not release her. In a final bout of violence, he violently hit Ms. Pongolan on the balcony patio furniture, including the table.”
Ventura's lawsuit cited the incident as one of Combs' numerous alleged abuses throughout their relationship, detailing how he lifted a woman off a balcony “like a child.”
Pongolan's lawsuit claims the incident proved that she “was right to fear Mr. Combs and resulted in profound and lasting damage.”

He adds: “His appalling and abhorrent behavior violated Ms Pongolane’s basic dignity, bodily autonomy and sense of security.
“This event was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation and violence that affected many of Ms. Pongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him.”
Pongolan met Combs after becoming close friends with Ventura in 2014.
Bongolan and Ventura worked together at Diamond Supply Co – a popular skate shop in Los Angeles.
She believed Combs would lead her to “once-in-a-lifetime collaboration opportunities” having been a “quintessential starving artist” at the time.
Bongolan has worked on designing Bad Boy Entertainment jackets, album covers, music videos, and even a clothing line for Ventura.
But she also alleges that she was “directly exposed to violence and abuse in professional settings” — including Ventura's alleged repeated abuse.
Pongolan claims she saw Ventura with a black eye among several other bruises that Combs allegedly gave her.
In one of the fights that Pongolan claimed to have witnessed, Combs “threw a large kitchen knife at Ms. Ventura, who then, in self-defense, threw a knife at him.”
The distressing footage showed the disgraced rapper physically assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.
In the hotel footage, Combs can be seen chasing Ventura down the hallway, grabbing her by the neck, pushing her to the ground, and kicking her.
He then appeared to grab her by her sweatshirt and pull her up.
Combs apologized after CNN published the video in May, saying he had “hit rock bottom.”
He settled a rape and abuse lawsuit against the singer for $30 million in November 2023.
Combs allegedly threatened Ponggolan, such as yelling “I'm the devil's king” at her while taking photos, her lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit alleges he said, “You have no idea what I could do to you. I could kill you.”
Pongulan is one of about 30 people who have filed lawsuits against Combs so far.

Combs has been imprisoned in the notorious Brooklyn complex since September 16 after federal agents arrested the rap mogul at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan.
The prison is said to suffer from a rat infestation, rampant violence and staff shortages, and was home to several other notorious inmates, including Ghislaine Maxwell and R. Kelly.
Maxwell is known to have bemoaned and complained about her time in prison He sleeps Deprivation, lack of potable water, the foul smell of sewage in her cell, and living among rodents and cockroaches.
She also claimed that guards held her down with flashlights and repeatedly subjected her to humiliating searches.
Conditions are said to be so bad that the prison is no longer accepting inmates serving their sentences, the majority of whom are awaiting trial or prosecution.
Combs will likely remain in prison until his trial on May 5, 2025.

According to prosecutors, Combs threw wild parties that he described as “eccentric” where he would fly sex workers out for days of wild sessions.
But once they arrive at the party, the workers will be forced inside money The indictment alleges that they were intimidated into performing unsatisfactory acts.
Prosecutors allege that Combs organized and ran these parties, in part, so he could record sexual acts while masturbating.
After days of nonstop drug use and drinking, participants were often mailed IV bags to help recover from the partying, the indictment alleges.
The indictment cites key evidence federal agents found during their raids on the rapper Houses In Los Angeles and Miami Beach, Florida.
According to the indictment, the rapper had 1,000 bottles of lubricant and a child oil In his two homes along with a stash of drugs that were used during sex parties.
Agents also found three AR-15-style rifles with their serial numbers mutilated and a drum magazine, the indictment says.
But Combs' attorney has spoken out to claim that cops are targeting the sick rapper because of him race.

Before Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September, there was significant speculation that the rap star would find himself in custody after repeatedly being subjected to disturbing accusations — and federal authorities raided two of his mansions.
His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was indicted on three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he dubbed “Freak Offs.”
Hours before his arrest, The US Sun exclusively revealed that the feds investigating Combs had been secretly in contact with prosecutors in the Tupac Shakur murders about gang activities.
This development also came after Combs' name was mentioned 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.
Aside from the Tupac investigation, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex-wife Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
A disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie and then punching, kicking and hitting her in the hallway.
Two months earlier, in March 2024, federal investigators raided two of Combs' mansions, confiscating three AR-15-style rifles, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lubricant that were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.
In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a host of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one suit in February 2024, alleging that Combs forced him to hire sex workers and engage in sex acts while working on his latest album.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges, but his fight is far from over.
He faces life imprisonment if convicted of all charges.
