Modern Family alums Julie Bowen and Jesse Tyler Ferguson both spent Thanksgiving in hospitals.
Both actors who played siblings on the hit sitcom had to take their sons to the emergency room on Thursday, which they documented on their Instagram accounts.
Bowen, 54, posted a blurry photo of one of her sons outside the emergency room entrance.
“It's not a holiday without a trip to the ER. (He's fine, btw) Happy Thanksgiving,” she wrote.
Bowen has three sons, Oliver, 17, and twins John and Gustav, 15, with her ex-husband Scott Phillips.
Ferguson (49 years old) posted a picture of himself holding one of his two sons in a hospital bed in his own post on Instagram.
“I've received a lot of parenting wisdom from @itsjuliebowen, so seeing that I wasn't the only one with a kid in the ER on Thanksgiving was a relief. (He's fine too).” Ferguson wrote.
“Thank you to the good people at Lennox Health. New York City truly has the best health care,” he added.
Ferguson has two sons, Beckett, 4, and Sully, 2, with her husband, Justin Mikita.
Bowen and Ferguson played brother and sister Mitchell and Claire on Modern Family from 2009 to 2020. The cast of the Emmy Award-winning ABC series also included Sofia Vergara, Ed O'Neill, Ty Burrell, Eric Stonestreet, Sarah Hyland, and Ariel Winter. Nolan Gould and Rico Rodriguez.
Last year, Bowen and Ferguson met up with Vergara, 52, at her home and took a sweet selfie together.
“An afternoon with some of my favorite people in the world! “I love you @jessetyler @justinmikitaitsjuliebowen,” Vergara wrote alongside a photo of the trio and Mikita, 39.
That same month, Bowen joined Ferguson for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour for his birthday. The couple smiled in a photo together at the cinema.
Since the “Modern Family” series ended, fans have been holding out hope for a possible reunion — which Bowen supports.
“Of course I would be game,” the actress told The Post in October.
I can't imagine any of us wouldn't be. “We are idiots to each other,” she added.
However, Bowen noted that she has “no idea” whether or not a reunion will take place, and that it is up to creators Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan.
Other “Modern Family” alumni have expressed interest in a reunion, including Gould, 26, who played Bowen's on-screen son, Luke.
“I love that family. I love that show.” If there's anything in the works, you better believe I'm there,” he told US Weekly earlier this year.
