Brad Warner is the father of the late Samantha Miller, a woman who died in a car accident on her wedding day.
In December 2024, he appeared in court where he clashed with Jamie Lee Komoroski, who collided with his daughter's vehicle.

Wedding tragedy
Brad's daughter married her husband, Eric Hutchinson, on April 28, 2023, in Folly Beach, South Carolina.
Samantha's sister, Mandy, described the wedding as “the happiest day” of her sister's life.
However, as Samantha and Eric started to head home, they got into a terrible car accident.
Komoroski crashed their car, while drunk and driving 65 mph, and Samantha died at the scene.

Arik was taken to hospital where he recovered.
Anger in the courtroom
Komoroski pleaded guilty to drunk driving causing Samantha's death in December 2024.
During the lawsuit, Brad revealed his anger at Komoroski's actions.
“You ruined a lot of people's lives, and I hope you understand what you did,” he said.
He added: “For the rest of my life I will always hate you, and when you get to hell, I will open the gate for you.”
Samantha Komoroski's brother Nathan also addressed the court and said: “It was no accident that you were going over 65 mph on the dark little roads of Folly Beach.”

Komoroski sentence
On December 3, 2024, Komoroski was sentenced to a maximum of 25 years in prison.
“On the night of April 22, 2023, you chose to drink and drive, which resulted in the death of Samantha Miller,” she said in court.
“This is the worst decision I've ever made in my life.”
She added: “Because of my bad decisions, a beautiful wife, sister and daughter were taken away.
“All I can say is how incredibly remorseful I am.
“I want them to know how sorry I am from the bottom of my heart and that I take full responsibility for my actions.
“I will always feel devastated, deeply ashamed and deeply sorry for what I did.”
