Kyle Richards has yet to visit her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, at his new apartment after he replaced her photo in their shared home office.
“I haven't been to his house yet,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said during Tuesday's after-show. “He's invited me a few times, actually. It hasn't worked out yet.”
Richards, 55, previously shared on the Bravo reality series that Umansky, 54, has moved out of his home in Beverly Hills, California, and signed a six-month lease on the apartment amid their split.
The Bravolebrity explained that she didn't go to see the “Buying Beverly Hills” alum because she was out of town, had other plans or celebrated family vacations at her marital home, where she still resides.
“The Jewish holidays had just passed, and he said, 'Can you come over and we'll spend the holiday at my house?' “I have more space here,” I said. You will have to rent tables. “So I was still hosting Jewish holiday dinners with his family,” she said.
Although they have been separated for more than a year, Richards said they are just a family during the holiday season.
During Tuesday's episode of “RHOBH,” Umansky stopped by their Beverly Hills home to chat with Richards about his new place.
“He seems really happy,” she said in her confessional. “He came, and I showed him something, [and he says]”I love the changes you're making at home.” I'm like, “How's your apartment doing?” 'it's great! It's great! You will love it! Everything is as if it had never been better. Mr. Lucky.
The estranged couple spoke about Umansky's living arrangements, and Richards admitted the situation seemed more “permanent” because he decided to buy the furniture rather than rent it.
“I'm thinking of you in this apartment without dogs or knocking gates,” she told him. “You literally have no responsibilities there. Free as a royal breeze, right?”
Umansky laughed and encouraged Richards to come over and “check it out.”
The “Halloween” actress and the agency founder have remained on good terms since their breakup in July 2023, but she hinted that their relationship isn't exactly perfect.
Richards previously confided in her “RHOBH” co-star Sutton Stracke and revealed that Umansky replaced her photo with one of his “Dancing With the Stars” co-stars, Emma Slater, in his office in their home.
“It's weird that my photo was deleted too,” she admitted in last week's episode.
Umansky and Slater, 35, sparked dating rumors in October 2023 when they were spotted holding hands after dinner. Shortly after the photos appeared, they denied that there was anything romantic between them.
