In a recent Facebook post, one shopper expressed frustration at what's to come.
Not on the plane
Posted last week on the social media platform, one shopper shared: “I'm voting for the Rouses to take over Winn Dixie in Luling.”
“Aldi is crazy to me. What are they going to do with this huge store and this limited supply of offerings?”
Many in the comments were in favor of Ross joining the lineup instead of Aldi.
It is rumored that Winn Dixie will close its Luling branch in mid-January.
The Winn-Dixie store on Interstate 90 first opened in 1999, so this is a big change for the once popular location.

Another person wrote: “They are only using part of the store for Aldi, the rest will be blocked from who knows what??!
