The haunting first words of a cabin crew worker who survived a plane crash that killed 179 people have been revealed.
Two airline employees narrowly escaped death when an ill-fated Jeju Airlines plane skidded off the runway and hit a concrete barrier on Sunday in South Korea.
They were the only survivors out of 181 people on board.
A 33-year-old flight attendant, identified only by his surname Lee, was taken to hospital after the disaster.
According to his doctors, he woke up confused and asked: “What happened, why am I here?”
